Although I responded "yes" to all three questions, I have the same complaint with this new Fulton as I had with my previous two Fultons :- The setting of the velcro strap means that you can't fold and secure it tightly - so it's loose and gets looser while caryying. The velcro needs and extra centimetre on it to allow the strap to be wound round tightly.

The automatic action works well both putting the umbrella up and down. It folds up tidily and is easy to manage. I have used it in a certain amount of wind, but would be careful if particularly stormy weather was forecast. On the whole, a decent, well made and efficient umbrella.
