Excellent for a beginner
I have never made wine before and found this kit to be a good way to start with minimal outlay. The equipment is sturdy and I'll be able to use it again with next year's blackberry crop. I had bought their fruit wine yeast, which worked well, too. At the moment, my wine is gently bubbling away, so I haven't yet used the siphon or the hydrometer, but I am more than happy with my kit.
