Incredible product that improves engine performance
My wife and I were the agents for Dipetane in South Africa. We tested it on almost every type of vehicle both petrol and diesel. The results were outstanding with an average consumption improvement being 13,6%. Since moving from South Africa to the UK we continue to use Dipetane usually purchased on line! Din't work for me
I'm open to the idea some additives or brands of fuel improve a cars running and mpg. Some enough to warrant any additional cost. This had no effect whatsoever (in 3 different cars). Infact i think it was worse mpg and rougher idle. Even if it were to have a slight effect the fact it is effectively £4 a tank makes it pointless Sorry would have liked it to work, but, didn't for me. There is also a strange point on the bottle that says "does not alter the composition of the fuel it treats" ... Surely you would want it to alter the composition? I use dipetane every time i fill up, it has definitely improved my mpgs. I was at about 35 and now im regularly hit 42 to 45mpg. By the time i need to fill up again. Alot of my miles are around town with a couple of good motorway trips a month, you have to allow it time to work first so atleast 1 to two bottles. Im on my 3rd one. DIPETANE VALUE FOR MONEY
Before using this product I had to keep taking my motor vehicle for a quick run down the motorway with the revs at 22k for abt 20/25 minutes so it would clear my dpf filter but since I’ve used this product I no longer have to do those journeys down the motorway plus it keep my dpf clean also my ecg filter and most of all my fuel consumption as got better which helps a lot especially with todays pump pricesVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
