Actually, it is exactly what I expected as I have used this before (in different packaging). I have thyroidism, so I take a lot of supplements as thyroidees don't extract nutrients from food very well. I find it helps my hair and nails which otherwise tend to become brittle and thin. I was very pleased to find it, as my usual source of supply appears to have dried up.
