Solidly built power unit.
I used one of these at work for many years so decided to buy one for home use. This is a later Chinese made model, the earlier ones are made in the USA. This particular unit looks in perfect condition and appears to have had little use. The only negative side is that it emits an annoying buzz when powered up, even in the off position. On this model, the transformer is always energised, it's the output that's switched. Despite the noise, it works fine when used with a SP-HC1 handle and bit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
