Unsuitable for temperatures over 200 degrees C
This product may be OK for cooking joints of meat but I wanted the Roasting Bags to bake sourdough bread in at 230 - 250 degrees celcius. The product description on the packaging revealed that the bags should not be used over 200 degrees celcius ... so they were useless for my purpose.
