THE BEST ROUTE HOME
Had an older Netgear router, keep getting message this router not secure. Spoke with ISP rep and he recommended a new Netgear router. Did some research and this unit @ 1900 fit my needs. This was an open box unit with all paperwork and included cables. As an open box price was excellent. This router works great and was really a plug and play. I didn't find it necessary to change settings as per netgear app. If you want to, go right ahead but just hooking up to ethernet cable and using assigned password for this unit got me on all the devices once I signed on. Password is unit specific so no worries about neighbors hacking. Would I recommend this unit? Yes I would. It is for large homes and no problem sending signal to basement or the attic or outside.
