TRRS splitter for smartlav or micon 11 with headphones
if you are using a smartlav or standard rode lavalier or headset microphone (with micon 11), this adapter allows you to use it plus a headphone for monitoring or two way speaking. plug this into your smartphone 3.5 mm and the headphones and (up to) two rode TRRS connections into this. no loss of quality. however, if you have a protective case, this will not each in to the socket to properly lock so you either need to remove the case or (as i have) get a short TRRS male to female extension.
