Bought this for my 2006 Ghia X Mondeo. It’s the 2lt diesel TDCi with 169,000 miles. It goes swiftly anyway but this just seems to make it smoother through the gears and quicker on the way. Wouldn’t say it’s been transformed but I’ve kept the chip on the middle setting. Doesn’t effect my 49mpg but then I don’t floor it everywhere. Just there when I want it. Easy to install and the quality is very good. I choose this as the other brands were either too cheap or way to expensive. Had no problems with it and the cars running as it should. These items really work !!!
I bought this chip with average expectation. Wasn't expecting any massive gains. It's easy to install, and takes around 3 mins. At first I thought the gains were moderate. But nothing to shout about. However I then found I had a split egr hose. I installed a silicone one and went for a spin. WOW ,,,,, It was superb. Great torque and smooth delivery. I am now extremely happy and recommend Bluespark CR box to anyone with a diesel. It's a fine alternative to a full and expensive remap.
