I would not use anything else
This eyeliner does not smudge or budge even in the rain. I do have slightly droopy eyelids but this dries instantly & doesn’t smudge straight after I done my cat eyes. No need to wait for ages for it to dry. Very sharp precision tip pen. I would not use anything else.
