My dentist told me to get this and it does the job it is intended to do. I use it with my toothbrush and also the little interdental brushes as I was recommended to do. It doesn't taste very good and in the beginning I disliked it and missed my old, minty toothpaste but I soon got used to it and barely notice the taste now.
