I'm happy
I have been using the casters about two weeks on a wood floor and they perform well. These casters are much cheaper than other new casters posted on EBay. I can't compare them equally for quality as I've only seen these, but they work well and quality seems to be good. I am happy with them.

Squeaky
I use these on a solid hard flat plastic floor covering to roll around on. They are squeakier then the original Aeron Casters I had to replace. The rubber is squeakier against the hard plastic as I roll around. The value of these is awesome! Just wish they were less squeaky.

Aeron Casters - these worked well.
One of the original casters was missing. I replaced only the one and I cannot feel any difference in the feel of the way the chair rolls. I recommend.
