Im a bread lover and type 2 diabetic. Use this pearl millet to mix with hard bread flour to reduce carbs.(25%:75%) to produce a loaf that looks and tastes like bread( well almost)It is easier to make than 'normal bread' and freezes well.

No idea if this is good or not..I’m not a cook.just wanted to make chapattis..but used cold water to mix dough with disastrous results..found utube advert which recommended using boing water. So will try it next time.have made chapattis before with normal flour..they were ok ut obviously millet flour is different
