higher volume needed for deaf users.
the basic phone is easy to use. The amplification boost needs to work even if there is a power cut and batteries might be low. Good, but not great
This is a good product, but not without it's problems In setting up. I find this hard to under stand with a product aimed at people with a dlsabilty like trying to understand the instruction that are printed so small that even with glasses on my brother who helps me get it going had great problems in reading them.
