Not a product I would really recommend
I had hoped for so much more from this product and was actually disappointed. It was fairly easy to put together but took a while for me to work the handheld steamer. It was the end result that I found disappointing. The steamer did not really clean the wooden floors at all well and left quite a lot of dirt behind, the same with the handheld. Great little steamer. Kitchen floor was much cleaner after first use.

Waste of time and money
