Working well now the weather is warmer - this brand and another brand I tried both didn't work well in the winter - i think that is normal, something I've learned! It seems you need a temperature above 10 degrees c -15c is recommended. I'm using it to make strong cider from apple juice, and the fermentation was quick to start and continues to be very vigorous! I used 1 packet for 24l of juice.
