Having osteoarthritis of the fingers and thumbs peeling potatoes is out..I luv the way you can make it with cold water..I make patties using a cookie cutter and fry them with my egg..my sons luv them for quickness with their busy lives..they add cheese, garlic, mixed herb to it as well.
