Great bang for buck, sound great, but no in-line mic/controls
These are great sounding earphones especially for the price. This particular model, unfortunately, doesn't include an in-lin mic or buttons, which means that I have to hold my rather cumbersome smartphone in my hand or on the table when calling someone. Otherwise, it is very comfortable for listening to music - even lying down in bed sideways these are relatively comfortable compared to any other earphones I have used. You won't be disappointed with the sound quality these provide for the price. Betron is my go to brand these days for earphones (which I often misplace when travelling) these are the perfect price, comfort, audio & build quality for me. A++

Marvellous for the price of £12.
I wasn't expecting a great deal from these earphones but they are super. The sound is perfect with no tinniness. I had some expensive Betron earphones until my puppy ate them. Comparatively the sound is just as good. Only downside (very minor details) is the connection between the wires going to the earphones is not such a good style and the Jack sticks out 180 degrees to the player whereas the other ones had the Jack at a right angle. Would this prevent me buying these ones again - no! Brilliant for the price and not so heartbreaking if my puppy gets this set. Don't hesitate - buy! Update on 5/11/16 I've been using the earphones a while now. The quality is still great for the price but I find the earphones slip out of my ears - although I have very small ears. I have decided to buy another pair of B850 Betrons as they are a perfect fit for my ears. If you have normal sized ears the 550s are a great buy but for smaller ears buy the B850s.
