Very quick to start fermentation. So far I have 12 gallons on the go. Strangely I have had 6 of the demijohns frothing out a little, the other 6 have been fine. There was no discernible difference in the preparation. It is too soon to comment on the final wine dryness or alcohol content, but I am optimistic of good results. Perhaps you could ask me to comment again around Christmas. With an abundance of fruit from my allotment this year I am in danger of surpassing last years total of 21 gallons. The six sachets I purchased will be enough for 30 gallons.
