    Good and slippery surface.

    Good quality pan bu the looks of it. Nice weight - not too light nor too heavy. Nothing sticks to it so far when cooking with a swipe with oiled kitchen towel (ie minimal amount of oil). Surface looks like a speckled Teflon. Not sure if it’s anything else but Teflon, but as long as nothing sticks to it and it lasts for a while - I’m happy. Can’t really tell about the longevity obviously as I only had it for a week or so. For the price and as a non stick pan: so far all is a-ok.

    Faulty induction frying pan.

    It doesn’t work on my induction hob. At least one ring flashes and no heat . Frying pan should work on all heat pads.

    Non stick heaven

    Love this pan. The handle stays cool. I can use spraylight and my eggs cook lovely and easy to spatula off. Must sear first as per instructions. Well worth the money. Highly recommend

    Non stich pan

    This is the best frying pan I have used. I'm 67 yrs old so I've gone through quite a few over the years.. Tiny amounts of oil required,food just glides around the surface. The only fault is..... the name Hawkmoor doesn't appear anywhere on the pan,so I have to remember this brand because it is the only one I will buy again if and when this one needs replacing.

    The Hawksmoor stone frying pan ,is a good pot for health cooking .

    When frying you don't need much oil the frying pan dose not burn your food ,and I also notice it does not let your food dry out .I would recommended the The Hawksmoor stone frying pan anytime.
