This simple but intuitive kit, developed specially by Henley Audio, improves motor isolation to the modern standard employed by the latest Pro-Ject turntables. The package includes: 2 Rubber Gromits and ScrewsRounded Drive BeltAlternative Pulley The rubber gromits are designed to sit underneath the motor, and are secured in place by the supplied screws (using the existing holes in the plinth for the motor transit screws). By tuning the pressure on the gromits with the screws, the result is a dramatic reduction in unwanted vibrations from the motor, causing less resonance .

Great upgrade !
This is a great upgrade for a fraction of the price of a new turntable of the same quality, easy to install and the results are noticeable & audible, a really worthwhile upgrade.

Pro Ject upgrade.
Who would think that a rubber band, small screws and a couple of bits of rubber, and a small piece of turned aluminium would make a difference? There is a noticeable upgrade in sound quality, weather the items themselves are worth £25 is questionable, but they do work. ( be careful with screws, do not tighten, I used original transit screws).

Не понравилось, что шуруп, после закручивания, напрямую соприкасается с шасси, на которой закреплен двигатель. Следовательно, вибрация от двигателя через цепочку шасси-шуруп-стол передается на тонарм и на звукосниматель. Надо сделать так, чтобы между шурупом и шасси был бы резиновый амортизатор.
