Sturdy multi purpose bench
I bought it as a back up while at home with a broken foot I could train. Extremely sturdy as I am 19 st then it's the weights added which this bench can easily handle. Good solid bench for the money
Was a bit wary of buying a cheap bench as 'you get what you pay for' is often mentioned when doing a bit research. For myself I find it to be very good for the money. It feels stable, plenty of adjustment in the bench and seat. I have had to re-tighten the seat bolts up a few times but all the other bolts are solid. Easy to assemble and does the job. NB: I am 6ft tall and 13.5 stone lifting modest weights so what this bench would be like for a 17+ stone bloke pressing his own own body weight I wouldn't like to say.
