Brilliant sturdy bar
Great quality with a slightly less angled EZ portion than other widely available bars. Longer too. I would have bought a second but they were such a good deal that they sold out by the time that I decided to! A must have for any gym/home gym, and for any program. Multiple uses include rowing and of course curling. It rotates frelly allowing for a smooth contraction and eccentric portion. I highly recommend it!
