The design allows the tool to be inserted into narrow spaces, ideal for motors using individual ignition coils. One reservation. There is a nylon insert to grip the plug and allow its removal. This can slip out thereby rendering the tool unable to assist in getting the plug out of a deep hole. You will need something else to do that. I have an old fashioned 'squeeze and grip' device that worked for me but you might find you have a plug loose but no means of pulling it out of a confined space.

I would hardly call this tool "professional" quality. The rubber inserts are just washers and are of limited benefit, the spanner itself is crudely made from thin steel tube. However, if you need a deep reach spark plug spanner then this is just the ticket. For general, heavier work look elsewhere.

It's a good tool but I had to remove some sharp metal from where the holes for the handle were drilled.

Metal to soft requires the hardening to work people, ok for light use only.
