A great help
Obviously some medications and supplements don't work on some people when they work on others, so these may not benefit some people, and I was doubtful as I had mixed messages about the hyaluronic acid, but I suffer with arthritis in my legs, knees, hand and its at its worst in my back and hips, so I started to take these with my other supplements and after about 5 weeks noticed a dramatic change in my back and hips. As a test I stopped taking them for a couple of weeks and the pain came back with a vengeance, but once back on them again things got better. they will not cure but they are a great helpVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Made me ill
Within a few days of taking these I started getting stomach pains, at first I didn't realize what was causing the problem but when I stopped taking them the problem cleared up. Just to make sure it was these tablets that caused the pains, I left it for a week then started taking them again, within two days the stomach pains were back. Great for skin and eyes!
I've been taking these capsules for a few months now, mainly to help with the eye problems I suffer with due to Thyroid Eye Disease. I can honestly say I have noticed an improvement in both the puffiness and dryness in both eyes. The other benefit seems to be with my skin; at 67 I have virtually no wrinkles and my skin texture looks smooth with very few lines. And that's not just my opinion; I've surprised a few people who don't think I look my age!
