I've dropped 5-7 lbs. personally.
The only thing I've done differently is add this to my day and I've dropped 5-7 lbs in 2 months. Having said that, I've also tried the newer/different version of Hydroxycut now after the 2 months and like it better. The Black leaves me jittery after low end workouts, and noticeably more so throughout the day. However, it also wakes me up and has me looking for something to do which is a benefit no matter how you look at it. This is no miracle pill, there isn't one, but it HAS had a direct impact on my weight loss because it's the ONLY thing I've done differently, on purpose. If you're healthy enough per your doctor to take it, then I'd say it's worth it, but you'd better follow the directions!
