One third sugar- 2/3 fruit -So healthy!
The jam is very slightly softer set, but the most wonderful fruit flavour, when you use 1/3 of sugar 2/3 of fruit and one packet of Dr. Oetker Gelfix to a kilo of fruit. (Normally jam is 1 kg of sugar, and 1 kg of fruit)
