Volkswagen stamped (see pics #2+3). They can be used with reversing light or non-reversing light equipped bugs - you can just block off the reversing light mounting hole at the bottom of the part. They will need a light clean up and overall for their age (c.50 years) they're in good used condition, but not pefect.
