Not working from the start
The shower got taken out of the box, it looks cheaper and nastier than the £49.99 I paid... oh well I thought. The shower gets plumbed in by a professional who looked dubious to start with. Low & behold professional cannot get it to work. He was reluctant to strip it back with it being under warranty. Now I'm having trouble getting my money back! This shower is of a very poor quality, the turn dials on the shower feel so cheap and as if they are going to break, they are very stiff to turn. This product is advertised as a replacement for a redring active! It isn’t a straight match the inlet is in totally the different place to start. Don't Buy
It is the 1st shower I have fitted which doesn't have a solenoid valve controlling the water input. It relies on the On/Off/Temperature switch to control and shut off the water supply. It simply doesn't work and the switch leaks. Also to shut off the water the switch has to be rotated through the hottest settings.
