Built to last!
I'm no caterer, but this was bought as a gift for a professional caterer. He absolutely loved it. My partner and I searched high and low for a spiraliser as a gift, that was decent quality and built to last and this certainly fit the bill. The base is heavy solid metal, in a hammered finish. The mechanisms move smoothly and work well. I'm not sure what quality the metal blades are, or how long they'll stay bright, but they certainly look like good quality steel.
