Its an old computer we use for our dog's medical history and for printing off postage labels. One appreciates that its not a genuine one but still serves its purpose. It takes a charge and last's for about 3 x hours ish. As long as you keep it topped up with charge it will last a fair amount of time ? fingers crossed, then its the memory stick next time.

OK so its a generic non genuine battery replacement so you don't expect original battery quality, however, my battery clicked in to place and left a 1 - 2 millimetre gap between battery and case and sticks out the back by the same. It doesn't last all that long either, plugged in to a fairly modern i5 15 inch Samsung laptop I expected to get 90 - 100 minutes but it barely lasts an hour despite running it flat several times and charging back to 100%. I only changed the old (non genuine) battery because it wasn't lasting all that long (about 45 minutes) and so I haven't really gained much.

there really isnt much you can say about a battery except it fits and as long as you follow the simple rules of charging it fully as the instructions tell you, (yes they do come with instructions) they will work and give you good service and give you plenty of time before the next recharge is needed, this is also governed by what you are running, ie, burning DVD's watching movies are heavy usage and will drain the battery quicker than normal but for everyday office uses its fine.
