Weak smelling bad quality bags of lavender.
I have all 12 spread around my little flat and never get the lovely smell of lavender. I can be out all day and never smell lavender when I walk in. I've walked around and gave each bag a little shacke and don't smell lavender. I only smell weak lavender if I hold a bag up to my nose.
