Well made, simple to make and use
This unit was delivered promptly was well constructed and easy to put together. Took me about half an hour on my own. Easy to use. My only complaint is that the head rest is designed too low so when you are inverted your head doesn't rest on it. On the highest setting and even after I did my own hack and moved the headrest 7cm (with some wood screws and washers) my head is only just on it. I'm 180cm tall. This inversion table is made of good solid metal and works well. Easy-ish to put together even though the instructions were probably translated from Chinese to English with Google translate. As the pictures below testify the user guide and assembly instructions are written in quite a poor English, furthermore step 4 and 5 of the assembly are swapped. Good quality of materials and packaging.

Value for Money
It's big, heavy and took over an hour to put together but it is sturdy and good value for money. It's not a miracle cure for back problems but it does help. It may not be appropriate for some back conditions. Can not fault this product which was generically recommended by my chiropractor who has done himself out of my weekly sessions! I still see him for my neck but pain in back gone and as soon as I got on it my back clicked and I’ve been pain free since - daily management five mins a day far better than chiro crisis management!
