Easy to use
This phone is great for people who want a simple phone which is easy to use (rather than intermabob gadgets). I've been using it for some time now and am very happy with it. The one feature that is annoying though is that you have to delete your messages (both received AND sent) one by one as there is no delete all button. This can take some time and needs to be done, otherwise your box gets too full to receive msgs. I was pleased to see that my husband's aunt's newer version does have a delete all button, so this does seem to have been remedied (I bought this version a few years ago and have only just found the feedback form).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A great little phone

Just what is needed
I haven't been using it long, but this little phone has everything an "emergency only" phone should have. It is clear and easy to use and the features are excellent. The best bit is the seeming endless battery power available on standby, which is useful when charging gets forgotten. This is truly a lovely mobile phone. Ok, it's not a smartphone by todays standards, but a practical piece of kit. It makes calls, texts, and has a camera. What more do you need? The large buttons and options for larger screen type make it easy to use, and see what you're reading or writing. I highly recommend one of these if you want a simple, basic, easy to use phone.
