Good construction and portable
This is one of a few animation hole punches available. The tolerances are tight and match American ACME peg bars. Compared to other animation punches I have used in classes, this one is small enough to be portable. The construction quality seems very good. I haven't tested it on cels yet. An Effective Tool for the Traditional Animator
The product works as needed for acme hole-punching. It reliably cuts through the paper and seems to be quite durable. The guide doesn't fit letter sized paper, but can be removed if needed.
