WHAT A RIP OFF
Costing about £100 or more all you really get is two very small speakers each about the size of a fist and a wireless unit which isn't really wireless because you have to wire the speakers to it. It just feels like a big con because if you want to improve the sound from the your Samsung sound bar you are forced to buy this ridiculous kit which frankly does not achieve much. All Samsung had to do was provide an additional speaker outlet in there sound bars then the consumer would be free to add much better speakers for less money without having to go through the charade of adding an expensive wireless speaker kit which isn't in reality wireless with pathetic sound from two miniscule speakers. Don' give Samsung your money unless you want a minimal improvement in sound quality for a £100 plus. You Have Been Warned !Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This item was from the Argos store and I have nothing but praise for them or the condition of the purchase or the way they responded to my return. The problem lies with the performance of the surround system itself. No matter what I did volume wise, i.e. turning it up to +6 it still wasn't enough as I could hardly hear the speakers unless I held them almost like a set of ear phones and yes my hearing is fine and they paired perfectly with my Samsung HW-J6000r curved sound bar. So easy to connect to the main sound bar and once connected the sound is superb. A few points the rear speakers do have wires from the control box which is wirelessly controlled by the soundbar, this is stated on the box. If watching normal tv these speakers won't do much if anything because it is broadcast in 2.0 and not 5.1. You will get 5.1 from some HD programs but not all but watching DVDs with surround sound and the rear speakers come alive and enhance the film.
