Great product but use in a non-windy area
Love this fire pit, it looks great and does the job. Sometimes a little too well! We found without wind breaks or placing it in a sheltered area it burns through wood/fuel really fast. It could do with a bit of metal round the bottom really. However, if you do shelter it, it's awesome and the fuel burns much longer.

Falling Fire Basket
The service was excellent and item arrived a good week before the estimated date given. There were no assembly instructions included and whilst I am fairly competent at putting flat pack stuff together instructions would have been appreciated as it took quite a long time to construct without them. It was used on NYEve for a bonfire and fireworks event. It was quite a windy evening so I made sure the stand was buried well in the gravel on a flat base. Unfortunately, this was not enough and the brazier part was too top heavy for the legs and, at one point, the fire bowl blew over scattering burning logs and embers all over the place. Fortunately, the wind was blowing away from us so no-one got burnt. Had it been in the opposite direction it could have been a very different story. When the fire-basket was cool enough to handle it was stood upright again although not lit. It had burnt for just under an hour. When viewing and clearing the scene the following day, the brazier had obviously suffered from the heat of the fire and all the paint had burnt off the main body. (Pictures attached). I have no idea how long the metal may last. If I do use this again it will be with certain conditions: Not a windy evening; no children around; base to be weighted down; fire basket to be located a good distance away. Rather beats the point of having it so I may just respray and use it as a planter. Although good value and service, there are big safety question marks over this product.

Used it for bonfire night and it was brilliant. Sturdy.
Sturdy and relatively easy to assemble. Basket comes in 3 parts which attach together onto 3 legs and the base with about 12 nuts and bolts. A bit fiddly to assemble but manageable. Made a stunning fire which we kept going all evening.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Well made and affordable.
Certainly quite robust, yet surprisingly affordable. I may well buy a couple more. A bit fiddly to assemble, but no worse than something from your favourite Swedish furniture store. A few suggestions on which bolts to fit first would be welcome (I assembled the second one much quicker than the first!). They didn't come with any washers for the nuts and bolts, so I added my own. Haven't lit one yet but no reason to expect any problems. Time alone will tell how long they last, but at this low price, longevity isn't a huge concern.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great for the garden
Good place for good product. Shame it's comes in many pieces, takes a while to build. Also holes for screws not in right place so I can't screw one screw and this makes it slightly unsturdy..but I've made it work for me. Good but...

Does the job however...
