    Gaiam beginner yoga kit with Rodney Yee DVD

    AM yoga part of DVD is a great way to start the day after joints are stiff from a night’s sleep. Both stretching and relaxation have benefit. Also like the music and Hawaiian beach........ I did find the daily yoga routine was too difficult to follow—too fast to look at TV screen and be able to get yoga positions down.
