The discs are wear resistant and have a 30% longer life than some comparable spare parts. All variants: Allround, RAC and EC-offroad discs are made of extremely dimensionally stable and hardened steel. Precise surface finish (2 / 100mm thickness deviation) prevents vibrations and improves pad fit. A uniform and decreases in temperature allows for a constant pressure point. A new special alloy prevents excessive Korrossion. Laser technology allows for lightweight construction with subtle contours.
