this product is brilliant because I can put any herbs etc with it and have it instead of carbohydrates as it is zero calories no sugar no fat great for helping me to lose weight. I have tried other products similar but prefer this particular brand and it is so easy to work with. I only use less than half of pack at one time as it is quite filling and store in fridge as per instructions very economic and great for slimming without being hungry. My daughter is now on them... great product
