    Video imrpved but sound is disaster.

    Sound is disaster. This "rastering" make sound annoying. Dolby Digital and DTS sound like is in the barrel. Picture is better and you can see is improved. However in general i wouldn't reccomend it because you expecting sound and vision on the right level if you calling product Improved.
