  • Pager only from ecollar technologies

Great tool! I am a certified dog trainer, and I really like this tool. It is good for deaf dogs, but not only that. Ecollars allows you to be the absolutely most precise. You can literally be so precise as to the push (and release) of a button at the exact right moment. In dog training timing is everything, and this tool is way more consistent and accurate than you can ever be as a human. Great for alot of different things. Only difference from the mini educator is the vibration cannot get as low as the electric stimulation actually can. Anyway, if you use this correctly and train with it properly your dog should not be afraid either way. I prefer this because ecollars are illegal where I live now. Had a mini educator living in another country and it is definately more gentle than the vibration. It adjusts from 1-100 but a vibration can only get so gentle, you know! Out of all dog training tools this is my preferred one and it's great that they offer one with vibration only for all countries! Lifesaver for deaf dogs! Amazing for teaching recall. For dogs that need extremely specific guidance I can really recomend this, paired with a halti. Can't get much more specific than that, being able to actually move the dogs head away in pairing with the stimulation, to ensure they understand that specifically looking away/not focusing on the distraction was what you wanted. Sorry for the jumbled review!

  • Pager for a deaf puppy

We picked up our deaf puppy 11/18. She is 9 weeks old so we are just starting the process of training her. We have not used the pager yet, but have looked at many videos. I like that it does not have the metal prongs many other training collars have. I am just hoping that this will help in training. I am looking forward to using it. I am also very glad that this product is available.
