Bumper running time of 60's on a UK PAL VHS Video Cassette with a BBC Logo Clear Small Box and a Full-Colour double-sided sleeve. The original soundtrack of these 1981 first season remastered stories is Mono Hi-Fi. Postman Pat's first series was screened on BBC1 during 1981 and 1982. John Cunliffe wrote the original treatment and scripts, it was directed by animator Ivor Wood, who also worked on The Magic Roundabout, Paddington, and The Herbs.
