Worth a look if you like slightly different humour and don't mind a bit of blood.
I'd never heard of Bulgakov before this series but I loved the sense of a different time and place on a relatively modest budget - Jon Hamm and Daniel Radcliffe are great together but the whole cast is excellent. Humour is always personal but I found it truly funny despite, possible because of, the general unpleasantness of the situation.
