Didn't realise how much flexibility i had lost till i tried disc 1 i use to be able to do the bends and movements in this disc i get back ache a lot can't waite to try the dvd for your back wished I'd bought this a long time ago if you want to get your flexibility back this is definitely the dvd to buy excellent value for the money

If you have done yoga before you will probably find this really irritating. It is a lot of talking and she repeats herself on every dvd. It maybe a good starter and the price is good but I needed something more challenging.
