This is a fitness tape with four levels of participation for varying degrees of fitness. Each exercise level has a warm-up and cool-down section, to miminise muscle strain. Presented by the YMCA with Jill Gaskell and Lesley Mowbray this film is designed as a twelve minute exercise programme, for every other day, to encourage progressive fitness.
