Easy to use, with no complicated software necessary, though I haven't figured out how to get playlists onto it yet. Good battery life. A nice simple basic mp3 player. I have ordered another for my husband after having bought a few other not very good choices previously.

mp3 player SONY, was easy to use but had poor batter life was over priced at 50 quid and could only be charged by computer and had low poor sound, VERY POOR 2 OUT OF 10, I got a 2nd hand samsung mp3 player the next day for 12 quid was a much better buy ..

It replaces one which was stolen and It is up to date with plenty of room to store hours of entertainment whether it be classical music, special radio programmes or happy memories photos. Easy to operate once you are used to it, small enough to keep in a pocket A decent set of headphones from the same manufacturer give maximum performance rather ear buds. Great value giving high quality sound at a sensible price.

a disappointing unreliable device
I bought this product in mid-December 2020; by the end of March it longer functioned. It just stopped while I was listening to audio on it, switched itself off and never worked again. Despite attempts to reset it manually, and despite recharging the battery to try to get it working again, the device is showing no signs of life. What a waste!
