Carefree tool for active people
I find the G-Shock GG-1000 Mudmaster a very good choice for a watch when you don't want to worry about your watch. It can take water and dirt and handles beating around well. It is a big watch but due to shaping of the wrist strap it wears quite comfortably at least in my 7,25 in wrist. The only down side with the 1A5 version are the reverse lcd displays which can ban be tough to read in low light. Style is naturally a personal matter but for a utility watch this is a handsome watch.

Massive!
What a watch! Big, robust and beautiful. But if you have thin wrist it's not for you. It is a really thick and massive watch. The backlight is not that satisfying though. Ony one small led in the bottom. The digital parts has no lighting. The inverted digital areas lack contrast and is really hard to see in inadequate lighting. Outside during the day is okay. But all this doesn't really matter because it's so cool! I replaced the tan straps with black and it's a completely new watch.
