Quality Eyeliner is a Steal!
Sometimes you don't have to pay a fortune for quality makeup. I've bought Chanel, YSL, Lancome and other department store brands of eyeliners. But I prefer Avon Waterproof Glimmersticks for longevity and ease of use. Even over eye cream, this one doesn't slide off. I get a nice thin line that last all day. Good, not great
These were too soft and smudged easily, to me. In fairness I was replacing one that I bought a year ago. It didn't compare. I like a fine line and my old one was perfect. Thinking all Glimmersticks are created equal I ordered new ones. On closer look, at the sticks, in the extremely fine print, I discovered that the first one has 2006 on it. Ahha, there's the difference. Either they've changed the formula or the old ones have just dried out. No wonder it lasted a full year. I'm guessing that Avon doesn't want anything to last that long. I so wish I could find more of the old ones. I'm sure someone could use these and be very happy with the results.

the pencil was better
They have changed this to be the mechanical pencil style eyeliner now so it's hard to get a nice sharp line. This one is harder to apply. Once on, though, it stays most of the day and the black color is nice. I recommend this brand, but prefer the pencil you sharpen yourself to this one. Best Liner
