Best flux ever
I have done 2 reflows so far 1 on a MXM Gpu and a northbridge and both chips sunk down nice with shiny joints its doesnt evaporate either i do advise to clean the residue while its still warm/hot other than that A* best on the marketVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
